We wanted solitude with access to hikes, mountains, highlands, waterfalls and glaciers, and we got it. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful in a complex, an amazing area, all the service providers are very kind, our room had an exit to a lovely garden balcony and from there straight to the jacuzzi, and in the morning the sheep came to say good morning lol good breakfast, A delicious and good restaurant for dinner We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel

staff are very friendly. we were forced to stay one more night because roads are closed due to weather condition. we asked the staff a lot of questions and they are very helpful to address our concerns. hotel manger is also helpful on this matter. very appreciate.

Great communication, they upgraded our room for free because it was available. Everything was very well explained and offered us paid all you can eat dinner - OMG it was delicious and totally worth for money. Breakfast was also more than tasty. Variety of food types and very nice service. Everything was clean, prepared and no problems during check in or out. Whole hotel is in a great place to relax, close to the ocean, if conditions are good, than it is a great place for the Northern light. Just 5min by car is the Ytri Tunga beach, so you can go soon in the morning watch the seals there. In our opinion this was one of the best stay in Iceland due to our 3 trips. Thanks to all team! We are pretty sure, that we will be back one day.

Beautiful location and a special way to stay in the area. At night you can look outside and see so many stars and possibly Northern Lights. There are a few restaurants very close by that we recommend.

For anyone visiting the Northwest area of Iceland, this place was just beautiful. The idea of an outdoor pool, heated by a hot spring, and a smaller hot spring beside it was just a wonderful experience. A major plus was we did not have to pay much, unlike other properties, to use the pool. Breakfast was included in the price and was wonderful. I would recommend the dinner choice where you could sample all the delicious food. I'd love to live there :)
